good dayjust an excellent review , my family and i went into the westcliff sleep king store last week, we had a pleasant very friendly sales person by the name of nasreen, she perfected her job well, she helped us buy 2 beds a king seally and another bed, her manner and code of conduct was amazing, she even called me on friday to inform me due to the rain, the delivery would be done, on the next day, she was very efficent, thats what the stores need, she is a very competent person who upholds the values of sleepking, i had my good delivered today, keep up the good workthank you naz , for an excellent job well done,stay as pleasant and amazinglovefrom tracey and patrick

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company like this. I purchased 2 beds in November and in 2 weeks the beds were shaky and the mattress sunk in, the store failed to contact us and the factory shop offered such rude service. The exchange mattress was damaged and they failed to bring the mattress inside the house which we understood because of Covid however Mrs Moodley was rude and made it seem like we didn't purchase the item and she was doing us a favor by exchanging the beds. The beds have a 5 year service warranty and yet requires to be exchanged after a month which is ridiculous. Poor quality products and pathetic customer service.

I have purchased a double bed on the 28 May 2017 and after a month the springs are coming through the side of the mattress. i have also noticed on the invoice was written NO WARRANTY and NO GUARANTEE" This cannot be correct as i have only had the bed for a month. I have purchased a lounge suit

Went in to purchase a king size crown jewel. Was amazed to purchase it today for nearly half the price. Wow what a saving

Utterly incompetent staff. Never called me back to follow up on my problem I had with my bed. I had to contact Restonic on my own. They dont own a fax machine or computer to send a fax or email. Furthermore the quality of the bed with a brand name" is not the same quality you would get at the chain stores. I'd rather pay a little extra else where!"

Poor customer service. Staff member had to constantly call head office for information on mattresses. Concern over whether they will assist with warranty claims
