Your tattoo quote includes a free touch up of any/all previous tattoos, even if it is done by alternative artists.Jarrod is by far the most creative and inspired tattoo artist I have ever had work done with. You are insane to go anywhere else but to him. His rates are reasonable and he works extremely fast but most importantly accurate.
