Advertised as a 24hour business on the internet, but they don't operate outside of working hours. Ordered a bed for a family member who was admitted to hospital the same day. Bed arrived 2 days later, a day before the family member passed away. It was never used, and in the home for 2 days when I called them to collect it again, and was told no refund. So in essence I paid almost R3000 for them to deliver and collect it. Definitely won't make use of their services ever again!
