3 weeks waiting to test drive a car and now sales man Mark just ignores my messages after being their client for 8 years and buying 3 cars with them, driving from Sandton to Roodeport, since Walter moved to a different branch support there is pretty poor, definitely will move to other dealership or even maybe to a different brand .

Useless service centre with devious ways. Their service centre cannot be trusted, rather go to another Lexus dealer and save yourself the trouble. Had too many bad experiences.

Dealership moved premises without notifying clients. Wasted time in traffic going to new premises, which is Lexus service centre but not a dealership. Great example of poor customer service.
