Buzybuy Internet Service Provider

What was once a company that made an effort and provided excellent service is no longer the case. They just couldn't be bothered anymore. A simple top up request that used to be taken care of immediately... now 24 hours later and still waiting. Multiple calls, email, WhatsApp, nothing. Pay attention to the negative reviews on hellopeter they've been getting. Lots of terrible experiences poster on there. Easy to fake a bunch of Google reviews.

Excellent service from Hanro with support and installation of new router. Dale always available and friendly and helpful. Danelle friendly and helpful, but so busy that she's not easy to reach. So far very happy with this team.

Give credit where credit is due!If I could, I would have wifi installed by Buzybuy everywhere I go just to experience the excellent service over and over again! One whatsapp and I'm connected within days! I love how I don't have to deal with Vox/Octotel/Vumatel etc, Buzybuy handles everything from start to finish for you.Got a router problem one Sunday and within a hour they replaced it and I could continue my binge watching.Will defnitely recommend to everyone!Thanks Dale and team for always being available and ready to help! You guys make the service feel so personal.

I have been with Buzybuy for nearly 4 years now and through thick and thin they have always helped out, A special thanks to Elandia for always making sure that my orders and alterations were tended to as soon as possible, truly an incredible person to be helped by no matter the need!

So it's been 4 months of having my battery pack. I called to say that with loadshedding, mine no longer wants to charge, just to be told to buy a new one. I pretty sure in the contract it says that you're supposed to supply me with a new one. I'm just an awe at the moment with this service.

Buzybuy used to be the best ISP we have ever been with. Unfortunately that changed. Usually you could drop support a WhatsApp message and it wouldn't be long until your issue is resolved.Now, overnight, the WhatsApp number isn't available anymore and we are told to phone or email support.As someone who hates phone calls (like not even to my mother HATE), I have trouble hearing people over the phone as well, I recommended everyone I know to Buzybuy because it was so convenient and efficient to get support. I emailed support 34 hours ago and if I didn't get in contact with their sales account on WhatsApp we would still not be assisted.If your WhatsApp doesn't work, at least have an electronic option like email that actually gets attended to for everyone who has a problem with phone calls.The support system is flawed, and unfortunately Buzybuy has dropped the ball. Your excellence, efficiency and fast support is what set you apart, which you have now lost.So disappointing to say the least.

This is how you start my new year! I moved in here 4 months ago, and signed a new contract for fibre, and as the lady that stayed here was with Buzybuy, I thought that I would also get Buzybuy as it would make things easier. My account was activated on the 1st of November, but no installation was done as everything was here and just carried on as usual. This morning my fibre went down. After contacting Buzybuy to find out what is going on, they said that the line was terminated because of change of ownership, and can only be activated on Tuesday. That was supposed to happen when I moved in, not now! I think they are collecting money from the lady that used to stay here as well, because her contract was supposed to end yesterday. I am very disappointed with the whole situation. Try and explain this to your kids and your guests kids.
