Meerendal Wine Estate

Passionate wine making team and. wonderful wines.Sadly the wine tasting room doesn't have a view but the wines are worth tasting.There are 2 restaurants on the property and they both have stunning views.

Beautiful!!..We enjoyed the scenic grounds of the wine estate...The hotel has spectacular views overlooking the Boland mountains and local vineyards.We were accommodated in a spacious garden suite with sliding door to patio and lovely gardens! So nice to have had a restaurant on the property. The staff were friendly and helpful.

You had to be a hardcore Christian to endure what happened on Saturday night!!Meerendal is DEFINATELY not equipped to host mega events.Even without the rain!!One road in and the same road out make the venue unsuitable!The traffic in and out of the farm was a total disaster!!Cape Town stadium with multiple entrances would have been the better option.The organisers, Radio Tygerberg, should have known this.Again, rain or no rain.I feel for the hundreds of people who totally missed the show because of the traffic.Putting the rain aside this will always be a huge problem!However....The air was loaded!Loaded with the presence of God!For those who could get in nothing could take away from the awesome experience that was had praising and worshipping our Maker.There was definitely a shift in the atmosphere.Cape Town for JESUS!!

Amazing 2 weeks of great music festivals!

Did wine tasting first and then to Bossa for lunch, service was all around fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff, vibey restaurant, food and wine!
