The friendly and most efficient staff are brilliant. Their products are quality and more importantly, in-stock.

You need to have a lot of time on your hands when you come here. At least 3 hours. The staff are very slow, prices are not always available and total delay to collect, when checking out. Product specials are good, but not worth waiting for.

After driving an hour for spesific products I was told it's out of stock. Then I took something else from the shelf just to be told that it is sold to someone else. Then I had to stand 10 minutes outside to wait for my 10 items. Only to be told 2 items have not been priced on the invoice. I really think your new system is not the best idea.

Often out of stock of late. Natashia always tries her best to run a smooth sales counter, however there is only so much she can do with no stock.

Utterly disgusted with Marica'sI have never has such bad service in my life.Lets start at the beginning, on Sunday i went to the Salon Africa Expo and ordered a trolley that would have been bought with on the Monday, as i had to go back to the expo. Got there on Monday and no trolley, finally they decided to wrap up the one on display and because it was too large to carry around the expo asked them to keep it for me after i paid for it and received a receipt. About 2 hours later i get back to the stall just before leaving to pick up the trolley that i paid for... well its nowhere to be found and was sold to another client. Already this was very disappointing... Then i was told they would arrange delivery on Monday and gave them my contact details as well as my physical address for delivery... guess what, no delivery! That after i sent an email the morning to their info address to ask what time my delivery will take place... i still haven't heard from them... I have been a client of them for many years and have referred them to many Salons and therapists, never again.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MARICA'S ever again and i urge you to the same...

They don't do refunds. Also they have a tendency to add things on the invoice that you didn't order to make more money. Check your goods and slip thoroughly. Very rude staff! Definitely never going back!
