Quality fish, excellent service, and professional advice.

I am very impressed with this petshop. The place is clean and animals are in good health. Prices are reasonable. The staff are very friendly and have thorough knowledge of pets and products.

Always getting what i need and the staff is always hulp full you can ask them about almost any thing you want about pets. They help me with all my fish products.

The client service is okay but the shop is neatly packed and clean. Some reptile cages needs cleaning and attention.

In my opinion the BEST petshop in Bloemfontein, i will not shop anywhere else. The people have the best knowledge in Bloem and also the friendliest service you can get! Awesome place and people!

Personally I find the people rude. They gave me my fish and I had to tie them myself. The smell inside is horrendous. Snakes had mites and were underweight, just over-all the animals looked horrible.

Great experience got everything I needed for my hamster.

We went to buy some fish, we told the guy we only have guppies at the moment but we want to expand our tank he sold us 3 fish that are supposedly friendly with guppies, I had over 50 guppies, then I notice my fish were getting less and less by the day, I thought that maybe the levels in the tank wasn't right or maybe the filters needed cleaning gave them medicine and cleaned the filters but still the fish got less and less, I then googled the fish and found out that the fish I bought is not at all guppy friendly and they were eating all the guppies, I lost all my guppies and their babies except for 5. Jungle to jungle has people working for them that has NO knowledge of fish and will waist your money.
