How do retail business make any money in this country?! It's the same poor service whichever retail store you visit, same poorly designed or crippled e-commerce websites wherever you go.Went onto Incredible Connection website to get a trade-in value for my MBP, land on a page that says, click on Payment Options at the top of the page and scroll down to the Trade-In section to proceed.Guess what, I click on the Payment Options link and it takes me to what looks like the page shown in the instructions, but there is no Trade-In section to be seen on the resulting page, just utterly ridiculous! What do they teach web designers in this place, it's not how to design a website properly, that's for sure!

I have had the worst experience with Incredible Connection Online...Be very careful of ordering anything from them online! I bought a washing machine that is missing a part and can't function properly. I reported it to their customer care and told I would get a response from them within 24 hours. Three working days later and still not one phone call. I have called them 5 times now and all they say is that they are making notes and someone will call me back (which never does). I have paid in full and have received a non working washing machine with no attempt on rectifying it!

Do not purchase through Incredible Connection. They sold me a computer online, then said they actually have no stock and can hold my money for a month before refunding me. When I push for my refund, they just dismiss it as policy and process but refuse to do anything about it. Incredible Connection is a scam

Not being assisted when the store is clearly empty (it wasn't packed) is just rudeness. Stood there for about twenty minutes without being helped... And I left. Try to do better Incredible Connection Cavendish Square

I was really worried I wouldn't be able to get my uni laptop fixed after the battery failed so close to the warrantee deadline.I got it into the store two days before the cutoff, but loadshedding messed with the system so the claim couldn't be filed that day. Peter told me to leave it there and he would sort it out.He definitely did! 21 days later, I get the call, and pick it up from the store: no repair charge!Thank you, so much Peter @IncredibleConnection!

Great service. Quick.I called to find out if they had stock and what the prices were of a few items. I didn't have to wait long on the phone. The guy said that when I went to the store I should ask for him.Later when I went I asked for him, he already knew what I wanted and where it was so he went to get it and I paid. In and out in around 5-10 minutes.

Exactly the same as many other views. They sold me a TV online, delivered it damaged and then had no stock. It was all just to hold my money for a month before refunding me. Their call centre is utterly useless and so is their online team. Terrible company - will never repeat this mess.

They literally don’t care about customers’ needs. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They sell faulty items that do not work and when you return it back , it becomes a problem. Their technical team is a lazy group of people. They just pretend they are going to fix your device but they seal it back and wait till you collect it after 4 weeks, then they lie saying they fixed it. Only for the device to give you the same faulty functionality again.
