I did not purchase from your shop, but I did phone and spoke to Melani about their truck driver who almost took me off the road as he just put on his flicker and exchange lanes. He also almost hit another truck as he just went from the right lane to the left right in-front of another truck. Melanie acknowledged that she is the correct person to speak to, but refuse to give any derails or to assist. Your driver should not be driving at all and as a business you should take accountability!

Wow...the hairpiece is soft and it's not heavy..I love it...So i decided to change a hairpiece and a blue colour and came across this hairpiece and I completey love it.Imma stick to it now.. :)

Horrible service. Do not purchase from this online shop. I purchased 2 Marley packs from them on the 24th of March 2023 and till date, I have not received my parcel. I called numerous times to find out where my parcel is, but they could never give me a response, now the landline is not working. I’ve emailed them with my order number and asked for updates multiple times, no one responds. The address on google is wrong. They moved from Silverton since December 2022 and still have not updated their new address. I’ve bought goods from them before in 2021 and had no problems but now they are just rubbish. Horrendous customer service. Save yourself the stress and do not purchase from them.
