Update:The owner got in contact me to apologize and sort things out. Even followed up a while after letting me know about more stock which I enquired about excellent service! Guess it was just bad service from one of the sales representatives.Original review:I recently had an experience with this company, and I must say that I am extremely frustrated with the level of service I received. Initially, I was able to obtain a quote for one unit quite easily, which was a positive aspect. However, my frustration began when it took them several days to respond and amend the quote to the correct quantity that was required.It then took them even more time to provide me with information regarding the delivery schedule. After waiting patiently, I finally received a response only to be informed that there would be an additional delivery fee. Now it seems that I will have to wait for another few days before they send me an invoice for the delivery charges, this will only delay delivery again. Additionally, I am still waiting for the invoice with our company details even though all the info was provided in the very first email sent to them.

Bad service received by the workshop manager Dylan today. I placed an order and confirmed pick up for today with him only to get there for collection and be told that I must ask the sales people to cut my order and that he is tired and people is inconsiderate. He has been working alone since Monday and is going now. Dylan got in his car and left me standing in his open workshop alone. Thank you to Naz for her excellent customer service who assisted with the help of Sharief. Much appreciated...

Nasley provided quick and friendly service almost 24/7 during the day. We were very please with the extra effort she made to get us the product that we required. Thank you Nasley. You're a super⭐️!

Everyone from the ladies on the sales counter, the lady with the beautiful smile in the front office who assisted us in choosing the colors, the lady that assisted us with the hardware she's just awesome, to the dispatch staff they all deserve an increase!! Went to 7 other boards stores before I found Plaza Boards. None were able to help me with my request which was actually a fairly simple one. Plaza Boards immediately sorted me out and were quick friendly. I will 100% be back to use them again.

Really really bad service and unreasonable company polices . I made a payment and sent POP , a lady phoned me saying that only immediate payments are allowed , I said no problem. I then made an immediate payment and mentioned that I will come the next day to receive my first payment reimbursement. I received a call a few minutes later saying that I will not receive any reimbursement without a bank confirmation letter …. Totally unacceptable. PBC made it such an inconvenience for me and I literally had to beg for my own money
