Phyllis, the therapist who did my deep tissue massage and reflexology foot soak and massage was so attuned to my body. I felt so grounded and relaxed.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE TO END OFF THE WEEKEND!Myself and my hubby tried getting a massage the entire weekend and as we were about to give up we contacted Rose Day Spa and they accommodated us with no booking and we came our feeling lighter and ready to tackle the week ahead! We are grateful for the amazing services and the massage was really good- we absolutely going back regularly!! Well priced and always has great specials too. You won't be disappointed.

went for a full body massage and told the therapist i was tense from doing sport with the hope if receiving a massage that would be firm enough to loosen up my muscles. the massage was very light and didn't seem to reach my muscles much. she also walked out the room two times to take care of other business... she also massaged my left leg twice and my right leg once which strange... she also left out my chest and stomach during the massage even though it was a 60 minute full body massage..... the room is stuffy even though there is AC... when i paid in cash there was an award long silence until i made it clear i want my change back.... would i go again? yes i would but only once they sort out all the stuff i just mentioned

WORST SPA EVER. Should honestly just lose their license. Went to the spa in kenridge to make an appointment only for the chinese owner MAGGIE to be blatantly disrespectful and asked us if we made an appointment. We said that we had come to make an appointment for a couples massage and that we have a voucher. The other therapist started getting the room ready and asked us to sit so long. Maggie was rude and told us to go to Tygervalley road rose day spa they will help us tomorrow. Keep in mind they had no clients at the time.We get to the other spa and meet with the therapist ZETHU who tells us they can't help us on weekends and after 3pm we explained that if we can't do it a weekend can we do it late afternoon as we work till 5pm and that those conditions are not stated on the fine print of the voucher (only conditions regarding days are that valentines day and public holidays aren't included, nothing about the hours)With her phone constantly ringing and loudly pinging with messages she gave that attention instead.We already spent money on the couples massage and got sent from the one spa to the next only to get no booking. When I messaged Maggie for a booking after all this she ignored me once I mentioned the voucher.ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS
