PRIME WENDYS

Very disappointing! We scheduled a date and Morris cancelled. We rescheduled for the Saturday 10:00. We moved all our plans for the Saturday around then on the day Morris never arrived & didn’t answer the phone or respond to my messages. Only answered around 12:30 when I called from a different number. Then he made a lot of excuses and we got cut off when I challenged their validity. I called back immediately and he did not answer - I can only assume he hung up on me the first time. He wasted our entire Saturday and took no responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend this company, even though Morris was very helpful when pitching for the business.(I also have to wonder if the 1st 5 star review of Prime Wendys is a review from the owner himself.)
