Good service, wish they had more facial options

What puts this spa above most of the rest is the exceptionally professional and qualified staff.I would however like to give some positive criticism as I have realised that this chain spa has only been operating for a short time with exception of lockdown of course.1. More and more men are enjoying a spa experience and I feel it very necessary to have slippers that fit them2. I noticed with my previous spa experience that a lot of therapist don't ask for the level of pressure when it comes with massages and many clients don't ask - resulting in a bad experience all together because the clients feel they wanted possibly more or less pressure. This could be avoided by having a space on the info forms when arriving at your spa for the therapist to follow accordingly.3. When steaming and bathing a client only has the option of putting the spa gown into a basket. A place to hang the gown would be more sufficient as a person doesn't want to mix the oily/sweaty gown with your clean cloths.4. I also see that a few clients have complained about the amount of food, I have been to many different spa's and think it is a perfect portion but could possibly be avoided if the clients were advertised a light meal" perhaps instead of breakfast and lunch.5. If you would wish to be an exceptional spa I would recommend making a client’s experience more personal.There are a 100 spa's out there and at the end of the day a massage is a massage - people pay more for the "full" experience.6. If you wish to sell more of the products you have on offer I would recommend having a shop front staff ask before beginning the treatments if she can quickly go through the stock on the shelf so clients can know exactly what will be used on them and what the benefits are.7. When lying in the massage bed as a client you have to stare into a blanket. Perhaps changing that to something more Zen

I really enjoyed my full day spa treatment at Real Spa. It was so relaxing and refreshing and I enjoyed every minute of it. The service is great, the ladies really know their stuff and the meals provided were healthy and delicious. I would highly recommend this spa for any treatment.

My husband booked a full body massage for me today 6 May at 14:30. I am very disappointed in the quality of massage that I received 6 May This is probably my 10th time going to this spa. I usually walked out feeling relaxed and satisfied. I realised from the start that my therapist lacked some skills. We started with a brow shape, the brow shape was not that bad, but there is still hair that she missed. She is short and I can understand why she could not see everything from where she was standing-but then she had to make an alternative plan as I am paying for the full service. The full body massage started after the brow shape. She asked me what kind of pressure I prefer, I said medium. As the session went on she did not apply any pressure anywhere. This was just a 45 minute oil rubbing session. She did not ask me which area she needs to focus on. Usually when I go, they would focus on my neck and back area as the therapist have experience and can feel tension in my shoulders and neck and after they did that, they would apply a warm bean bag on the focused area- none of this was done today. It was a rush of 45 minutes. I paid R400 for this massage and I had high expectations as this was my go to spa.

Went for mother daughter special. And had an amazing time. The ladies are friendly, sweet, personal, and just really welcoming. I would love to go back soon.

Personally I'm not one to write a review ever on a business page, but unfortunately my experience with Real Spa was the most horrible experience I've ever encountered. I was there on the 22de December 2022, for a 60min full body massage. When I arrived they just looked at me and greeted the older lady that came trought the shop entrance and continued helping her. I waited patiently for service but even when the lady was done I had to stand up and ask for help. To which the lady that did my massage said I have to wait for the manager to help me. When I finally had my massage it would've been better done by a child for she spent 30min just rubbing oil onto my back, and I gave her instructions before and during of the pressure that I wanted and the areas that she needed to focus on.I was very excited about this appointment but unfortunately left unsatisfied and oily.

I took videos of their abominable service. Stay away. Not worth a cent.Terese, we tried to get your number. Your staff wouldn’t give it to us. You ruined our family day.Skin phd is a much better option

I booked a what I thought was going to be relaxing pedi" for myself

I had two pedicures booked on Sunday. Your receptionist was very friendly and I have only heard good things about your spa but was very disappointed. The bathroom had no toilet paper or clean hand towels. When our treatment started it felt like the ladies where very unprepared. Throughout the whole session they where searching for things such as a brush and clean towels. My feet where barely filed and it felt like the lady was struggling. My friend was exfoliated without any water and complained that the exfoliating hurt her legs. After that we sat with our feet in the foot spa for 20 minutes with no one coming in or out of the room to check on us. We sat alone for 20 minutes and I honestly feel like for the price the time could have been spent much better. The message was fine. They only started our painting an hour after the treatment started which was when we where supposed to be done. The only good thing that I can say about the experience is that I like the colour on my toes. We walked out a half an hour later than we should have. If it was an enjoyable experience I would not have complained about the extra time. I also feel like it is important to respect each others time as you don’t know what clients might have planned for the rest of the day.My overall experience was that the ladies weren’t prepared or either did not entirely know what they where doing.I hope that the above mentioned is seen as constructive criticism as I know we might not always be aware of negative experiences within ones business.
