Worst insurer!!! i too wish i could give zero stars. I had two claim with them and both was a complete mission to get resolved. you pay Aon, you dealt with Aon but when i complaining about how the claims are being dealt with they said i should take it up with Santam?? really i even said i pay Aon NOT Santam and the lady insisted i must take it up with them. then i cancelled the policy and i clearly requested to NOT debit my account and guess what they debit my account and i still haven't received my refund. any way just stay away. lazy incompetent people

If it was possible to give you no stars we would do so!!!!Your service is pathetic! After 1 week our vehicle still hasn't been placed at a auto body repair shop and when you try to get hold of the consultant(Cheryl) she's never available!#÷&#=;. What is going on there? Is there one big party going on or is your service just inferior to other insurance companies???!!!!

I have been insured with Aon for a number of years . About 10 days ago I had an accident . I followed the claim procedure . I had to phone Aon to find how far my claim is and was told did no one contact you yet in connection with the claim . Aon charges a BROKER SERVICE FEE of R90.00 per month and Aon expects me to phone all over the place to find out what is happening to my claim. Maybe I should demand my BROKER FEE back from Aon .Why charge then a BROKER FEE. Absolutely pathetic service .
