Overall Terrible communication, I have bought a property and the sellers used Quinn for the the registration. It has been 3 months since registration and I still have not received my rent refund that Quinn was supposed to handle.

Worst lawyers ever. We bought a house through them and have been leaving in it for almost 2 years now. Until today, we don't have any electricity/water accounts. They don't respond when you call or email. They don't show any care at all. Tshwane often cuts off our services due to unpaid bill of over R60k which is under the developer's name. However we are paying off our monthly bond instalments. Don't ever try to use their services if you need peace in your life. I'm immediately reporting them to the Law Society after posting this!
