Pathetic post sale service. I am still waiting for a dstv installer to come and install my decoder as promised by Mahlengi Mthembu yesterday.Called the branch today,No one answered the phone. What a pathetic place. Highly regret buying from this shop. If this guy does not come by the end of today. OK furniture will have to reimburse me my money back. My day has been wasted.

If you want a peace of mind please STAY AWAY from this shop. Bought a dstv decoder and it turned out to be faulty. ..took back within 24 hours and they were refusing to give a refund or atleast replace it saying they need to take it back to the Supplier for repairs or testing. SHOCKING!!!!

Very poor customer service. I came in and was greeted and then staff carried on chatting to each other. Most furniture shops have sales consultants that actually go out of their way to assist customers which is sadly not the case with this lot.

Bought a bed, within few months the bed was actually sinking in the middle yet only my 6 years old child sleeps on it. Reported the matter at the branch and produced what they wanted, but they never get back to me. I will never recommend or buy anything from them again.
