We just loved every moment of our stay @ The Bridgewing. Was big enough for me and hubby, gorgeous views and Fanie and Susan was so friendly. We had rain on our last day and they even offered as a extra day at lower price. Will definitely recommend a stay at Bridgewing for any couple wishing to break away from the hustle and bustle

An excellent place if you are in Durban on business or for a short holiday. The hosts are attentive, but not intrusive, and very informative and helpful. The accommodation is stylish and comfortable, with every necessity taken care of. Truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again

Truly a great place with warm and loving hosts. With a 180° sea view, it is truly a home away from home. Situated just a short drive away from shops and a walk away from the beach.The room is spacious and beautiful. I would truly recommend staying at The Bridgewing whenever you want to go to the Bluff.

After a 6 hr drive from Joburg, we were welcomed by the owner Fanie, who conducted a quick and thorough orientation of the excellent, clean, spacious and air conditioned facilities, which included secure parking, a functioning kitchenette, huge bed, air conditioning, full bouquet Satelite TV, and a most enjoyable view... The few stairs between the street level and the facilities are easily navigable.Shops, cafes and tea rooms are close by, some within walking distance. Larger shopping malls are a short drive from the facilities along the M7 which is the route to and from the Bluff.The facility is close to the beach, which is within walking distance, or you can drive there as it is signposted at the top of the bluff.I found our hosts, Fanie and Susan to be very informed and most involved in ensuring that our needs were catered to, including wifi access.From my perspective, I found the facilities were very reasonably priced.Definitely will make use of these folks when I need to get back to Durban in a hurry.

Hosts are helpful and friendly. Their star rating is spot on. Self catering unit that feels like a hotel stay. Good view of the sea. Quiet neighborhood.
