Jenny Dean Mobile Pet Grooming

Shocking service, my dog has never looked this bad after a grooming. I have taken her to various groomers in the past and always been satisfied never had any problems. A certificate means very little.

Terrible customer service and undelivered work. Was arrogant when asked a few questions regarding the service. After washing our cat - which took less than 3 minutes - he left. There was NO blow dry and NO brushing like mentioned on the website. My suggestion is to just wash your pet yourself. It might take you a little longer, but it will be higher quality and you will save 250 or find someone professional.

I sent a friendly message requesting information. The response was price and service offered. No greeting at all or thank you for your enquiry.

Call and even mad appointments 1s ones even whatapp about 2 or 3 tymz and sid they coming and no response over a month the weeks are jus going and sill no response til this very day

False advertising, they do not cover all areas in Durban

Easy to access location, helpful staff even at short notice.

Friendly people, treat your pet as if it's theirs. Doing very good job at affordable price. Will definitely take my dog again

The guy attitude is horrible and he is so arrogant. They are extremely unreliable, he will say a certain time and never pitch. Grooming is not 100% sometimes u have to call them back and he gets upsets if you point out what you are not happy with.

My experience with them is extremely terrible and a massive rip off. I own 10 Labradors that I requested them to shave and wash ( I live on a farm and to maintain my dogs, it's easier to have them shaved). They did 5 of my dogs, all shaved halfway and looked absolutely terrible and said they will be back on the weekend to complete, they demanded payment and insisted I pay the full amount and never returned to complete my dogs, left them in an extremely untidy state. The man is very arrogant and they do not have the capacity to handle large breed dogs especially when it's alot like my 10 labs. Absolutely terrible service, they aren't professional at all and honestly not even reliable. There are plenty other groomers that are alot better than these people. Don't waste your time for work that isn't even good and they aren't worth their price either. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating because they just bad!
