Its located in a small town called Three Rivers but the service i get when i go to this guys is huge, greeted with a friendly smile by Zelda and crew. They dont rush you with the waybill. Treat everyone equally important and they go an extra mile. I often go there with boxes torn and they always help me sort it out, best service ever especially in a small town. Those ladies come highly recommended with an elite service but very affordable. I also have an account with them and no hastle, no problem, smooth operations

Great communication and service!Dealt with The Courier Guy in the past with mixed results but this branch's service was impressive.Great communication, they called me three times to let me know my order was placed successfully at the relevant branch, that the package was collected and again that it arrived at their depot.Such a fresh breeze to get good service!

I sent a parcel to Cape Town. Only to find out that if I used the Pudo service on the app it would have cost me less. Why did the staff not say let me help you down load it. What a shame to them.

I have been using courier guy for 4 years KOMATIPOORT. They are excellent! First time ever that we have been using this branch and Waiting on a parcel which is only 100km away for an entire two days even tho the parcel has been ready for sending out at 13h the following day. No contact whatsoever. First and last time ever that I will be using this branch

Poor communication and false promises. I was supposed to have a parcel delivered today and I kept phoning to find out if it would be delivered and kept being reassured that it would be delivered today. Because of this I could not even leave my house as I was waiting for this deliver…wasted my whole day waiting for a parcel that did not arrive in the end. I would rather have been told earlier in the day that it would not be delivered and would be rescheduled to the next day.

Had problems with getting in touch telephonically. Was quite irritated and complained via email. They responded very quickly and explained the lines were down because of loadshedding. I appreciated their quick response and received my package as arranged. They went the extra mile. Thank you guys
