Always great service and the friendliest staff. Their massages are amazing, but the downside is that is very noisy in this Sorbet (people talking, doors & cupboard doors slamming etc), so you can never fully relax into your massage. Other than that I've mostly come out of Sorbet happy with my nails and eyebrow threading. I love Sorbet and their products that they have on offer. I might just go somewhere else for my massages though.

Went into Tygervalley sorbet to enquire about brow lamination and lash lift, to which they responded they don’t do lamination/lash lifts. If you don’t do those treatments , then it should be taken off your website so that you don’t waste people’s time.

I came to the salon for the 1st time after 3yrs. My app was for 12:15 but waited for 15min to be helped. They were over full and struggled with time constraints. That escalated into a argument with 1of the clients going off on me,saying i was late when whoever was late that day with the same technician,made everybody's app late. Whoever was in charge that day should have relayed that to the clients,but she did not. The dry bar was the best Sorbet salon i ever went to,i do miss that they gone and their service. I will never go there again.

Went there on 9 April 2023 for a full face thread. I was met with friendly staff at the counter.Friendly staff, efficient in threading, reasonably priced and overall customer satisfaction targeted.I forgot the name of the lady who did my threading but she did a wonderful job. She didn't give me any attitude when I appointed out that she missed a few spots and informed me respectfully that it might have been due to the angle or the lighting. She was more than happy to fix any issues that I might have. Due to the experience I would definitely go back again. Out of all the Sorbet branches I've tried so far, this one is by far the best one.

I overlooked a lot of things during my appointment because all the staff were very friendly. However, I now have a fungus under 3 of my nails. This is not my usual nail salon but I was visiting and needed my nails done. I've never had a fungus under my nails before, and I'm very unhappy about this as not only do I now have to treat this, but it changes my nail care routine.

Sorbet Staff in Tygervalley are very friendly and interactive, their service is super amazing and they are very efficient. They always give me exactly what I want, by just showing them a picture once, I always leave the establishment happy and satisfied in fact they make me feel whole again before I leave. I will definitely go there again hopefully very very soon.

I am very happy with my nails that were done by Jeanne. She was thorough, friendly and professional. I love that Sorbet Tygervalley always offers coffee or tea while you have your treatment done. Happy customer! My favourite Sorbet branch.
