Very happy with the service I received. George was great right from the start with excellent customer service. He offered me considered and detailed feedback at the quoting stage helping me change my insurer's assessment. When they paid me out I had no hesitation to use Connaught Coachworks. The actual work done was faultless. I was and continue to be completely satisfied with the work done. Matching pearl white is very challenging and they matched the paint superbly.

They were a special experience for me. My car was hit by a back car and had to change the bumper and paint the trunk, but the other repair shop kept me waiting too long. However, CONNAUGHT COACHWORKS kept the appointment for the reservation and repair period, and all the work was done perfectly within a week of receiving their guidance. Thank you kind Jean, and I will recommend them to my friends.

Cannot say that there is a better car repair shop in Cape Town. The service is impeccable, the quality of work is second to none, and the staff are easy to talk to and communicate with. So glad that our car was repaired here as you couldn't even tell that it had been in an accident. Brilliant!

This was my first time ever sending my car in for repairs. Connaught Coachworks delivered a smooth service experience. All around staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Workshop floor exceptionally clean and tidy. Although initially not happy with my car as it had some really small issues left which most will never even notice. The staff was quick to solve the remaining issues at hand without hesitation even though it was close to closing time. Connaught Coachworks if I ever need to send my car in again or refer someone you’ll be number 1 on my list. Thank you
