STAY AWAY!!!! The most unprofessional Agency I've ever had to deal with. The worst level of services on every level.

Ive rented through them in may month at the end of may the owner receiceived 2500 from 9000 ive paid they told him ive only paid 2500 after showing him the receipt from them he withdraw from them and u rented from him directly ive given them a notification of not to rent with them anymore and asked for my deposit it is seven yes seven months later and im still waiting ive send wattsapps ive send messages phoned and no one responds to you it seems that they are more corrupt than the goverment so please suzette read this becuase you ignore me and the only way is to make a case at the sap i acctually dont rate your company anything service is up to nothing

This agency is not up to standard, we have a house that the are renting out, and there is no customer support. Takes us 15 emails before we get any feedback from them. Do not use this agency

This agency is not professional. Doesn't keep to minimum standards. Can never get hold of the owner/ principal. Staff are juniors. Principal also never phone's back or replies to queries. Phone line doesn't get answered most of the time. Don't use them!!!

Urban LInk BrakpanVery unprofessional with ANY query.Principal member is always unavailable.I have 4 separate rental units which they were taking care" ofand before I knew it they owed me approximately R22000.00.after having proof that my tenents payed them.It has been 4 months after disclosure was made to them and I still haven been paid the money.Principal member is always full of excuses when presented with the facts.Legal action has been pursued.Dont use Urban Link Brakpan under any circumstances.Joel"
