Orderd a creamy chicken triple dekker GOT HOME and once opened we found this with nothing creamy definitely no chicken and when they ask if you want double cheese take it because the standard option is apparently no cheese at all . Actually I would rather recommend a pizza place down on the beach road called Enzos much better value for money

Ordered a half and half crammed decker. Sausage was so dry and rubbery we couldn't even eat it yet the pastery around it was still raw. Sausage must of been really old. Very disappointed. When we call we get put on hold for so long that eventually the call gets cut. Waist of time and money. Won't recommend at all. Not the first time either. We done with debonairs scottburgh

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered the creamy chicken pizza yesterday. Absolutely horrible. No cream or sauce? Hardly any filling. Dry, was like eating 3 layers of dough only. Read the criteria of the triple decker, was definitely not presented the way it was described.It's not cheap either so this is not value for money. Please sort this out. Highly disappointed as I had the same pizza from a different branch but it was good.Two days later an employee called me and said to me that I should have ordered extra cheese (my fault) that the store does not know how to make decent pizzas. (Extra cheese would not have made a difference).She went on to ask me if I still have the pizza, I said yes I still have the pizza which she obviously did not expect as she had no idea what to do with that information. They have no accountability at this store and I will never eat from here again. Disgusted.

Very happy with the service..was in a hurry to get to work..they opened punctually at 10 and my pizzas were ready in 16 min once ordered...really made a difference..good service

Friendly staff, good service BUT dry scanty filling no cheese at all yet on Saturday on 24/07/21 I bought pizza with double cheese but no cheese at all. Disappointed

I ordered a Creamy triple decker at Debonairs Scottburgh, and I asked for them to bring the card machine, apparently the card machine was offline when I tried paying and payment was not reflecting on their system but it reflected on my phone that money was out. I felt so harrased by them because the driver couldn't understand my reasoning and I asked to speak to a manager and the manager failed to speak to me, heard her speaking on the background basically refusing to have a word with me. They kept calling and asking me to make another payment in which I refused. Because it wasn't my fault the card machine was offline. When I eventually showed them the proof of payment, Nobody called me to apologize and lastly I am never buying from that place ever again, I was highly disappointed by them!!
