My cooldrink wasn't delivered with my order, the came back 35 mins later, then the triple Deckers was not up to standard. The bottom layers was dry and hardly had any filling. It was as if they were in a hurry to get the order out, the pizza was so sloppy cut as well.

You can do better you did not cut the pizza it was folded when lt was delivered l mean what kind of drivers do u employ ...they must be cautious with the food .. .Your linkdoes not work ...write down your email please

On Wednesday the 27th I was there at about 18:25 , I was turned away by a cashier telling me that she is not taking anymore orders. I told her but the restaurant only closes at 19:30 her answer was well it depends

I bought tripple decker pizza for R199...when I got home I received a burnt crust pizza.. See pictures attached.. I'm really disappointed with the kind of service received today..

The experience is fine but I will like debonair shops must put wax paper inside the box before they put the pizza in because for me it taste like the box and more taste on the meat pizza

I swear the drivers think they delivering the pizzas in an action movie. Look at the state of the pizzas and how it was delivered. The drivers aren’t ashamed to ask for more tip even if the pizza gets delivered like this. Such a disappointment as always.

Sometimes waiting period takes too long even though I live approximately five minutes away from debonairs, one time the driver missed my location entirely and had to wait close to an hour to get my food. Food is adequate, sometimes great. Once the base was slightly burned. Place is clean, which is a plus. Fix your delivery service and food quality and you'll be sure to be make full reviews.

Very disappointed with my order. First time buying from Debonairs Eersterivier. Added some extra topping to my On The Double. Much to my surprise received a very dry pizza! The extra topping looks like it was just sprinkled on top afterwards. Creamy chicken was not creamy at all. Don't let me get started on the Sweet & Sour Rib. That definitely wasn't rib and almost no sauce and cheese. Very Dry On the Double
