I had the worst experience with this dealership.. bought a used car in december, it was delivered without the service book/record even though I was told everything is available and will be delivered with the car. I was promised the dealership will deliver the books the following day but even today I'm still waiting, I have called countless times.. now the sales person who assisted me ignores me.. he nolonger respond to my watsapp messages or calls. His name is Lucas tsotetsi

I went for an interview and was unhappy about how the gentleman made me feel very unwelcome next time kindly if appointment is made acknowledge and know who you interviewing as to not make them feel unwelcome pls but overall the dealership very nice

Extremely bad customer service! First bought a new bakkie and once the bakkie left the premises, no assistance given with faults and problems. 3 Years down the line sent my 6 month old bakkie for its service. Drove off and realise the vehicle has no power. Turned around and went back. They left a cloth inside by the engine, which got sucked up in one of the pipes. Luckily I didn't drive far. What damages could there have been. They are terrible! Wouldn't recommend Izusu Isando at all.

I saw a vehicle advertised and liked it then submitted all required documents for the finance application. 4 days later when I ask for feedback regarding the application, I was told my finance was approved but the sales guys has sold the vehicle.I call the guy, he tells me that someone before me wanted to trade in a car and purchase the same vehicle I like.This is absolutely pathetic, he could of at least kept me in the loop and not waste my time doing the finance application!

So you phone the first time to go through to parts when you are asked to phone back in 5 minutes, which you do. Then when you phone back, you told please hold" to hear the movement and the conversation in the background - you then hold for 10 minutes to get the phone put down in your ear when the sales person either doesn't hear you or didn't listen. Then you phone back again
