Logged a service call for leaking Geyser. Debbie the agent captured my tenant's details incorrectly. Didn't bother to inform me 3 days down the line a plumber is yet to replace the geyser and I have to wait till Thursday. That'a FOUR days after logging a call. Horrendously poor service.

If I could give a rating of 0 I would. Do not buy any of their geyser products. Will not get any service from them if anything goes wrong.

Don't even waste your time with these guys. Terrible service, don't pitch for appointments. Rescheduled another one a week in advance - same story and lame excuse.

Probably the worst service I have experienced. 3 geyser replacements in a 4 year period. I would love to change geyser manufacturers. Geyser burst on Sunday, called Paul on Monday at 8am who acted like he logged the call. spoke to Stephanie who promised a call back with a reference number. at 10.30 called the national number only to be told that nothing was logged. 13.20 and they say a plumber will call you in 24 hours to arrange a time. I don't know how you stay in business.

Just like all the other review for this company, I am having an incredibly difficult time with Kwikot, they firstly sold a faulty heat pump geyser to me. Secondly they refuse to cooperate with a warranty claim. They simply do not want to comply and provide confirmation that they are unable to replace my geyser. This in turn is preventing me from claiming through insurance for a replacement.Save yourself the trouble and do not do business with this company.

Worst service ever. Claimed for a relatively new geyser that leaked. The claim was not logged and it took me 6 phonecards to get a response. Finally it was logged and then I was told because I phoned so late my geyser would only be replaced the following day. I had to follow up again as nothing happened. I was then told again because I logged the claim late it would only be the following next day. The plumber did not show because they had an investigation of fraud at their office. After getting hold of the manager, he arrived . He replaced the geyser but did not check that electricity was flowing through. I arrived from work and still no hot water. The plumber switched his phone off. It has now been 4 days!!!! Ridiculous!!!

They advertise world class service, however, there is no service at all! Their service center staff are incompetent and unhelpful.

It has taken more than a week to resolve and replace a warranty claim geyser, and it is still not sorted.We found Kwikot customer service, staff, contractors and processes to be completely inadequate and unprofessional, and would definitely not recommend them at all.

Second warranty geyser replacement in 6 months and it’s the same story - 2 days to even have your case assigned, then you wait for the plumbers. 10 days without water last time and they blew my thermostat on installation. Let’s see how this time goes, just 6 months later…
