I called twice to see if they had Bosch starter for my Audi. Second time to confirm, cause I had such a hard time trying to nail one down. When I got to the store they didn't have it and recommended something else. A FLAG product. When I rejected it, they fiddled around with computers and then could now suddenly find one, the last one. The part numbers are different but it's the same thing" I was told. If you were not upright with me the first time on the phone why would I trust anything you say thereafter."

Called for price on fuel pump. Was given a price R2075. Then called a 2nd time and they put me through to some1 else. They gave a different proce R3905..told 2nd call its fine ill call bk and speak to 1st guy to order. And when i called bk 2nd guy told 1st guy to give higher price. Not good business pracitice.

I spoke to one of the worst sales/parts person at this branch. He had no idea completely on ordering a part. Such a frustrating experience....Decided to order from another branch despite having to travel some distance.

Popular place.Went to their store to purchase wipers and they were sold out. The sales consultant that helped me went the extra mile to recommend a dealer close-by who specializes in the product I wanted to buy and I got it.Overall: top tier service.

The service was unprofessional, I did not get the part I was looking for and the guy who was assisting tried to call the Wynberg branch but the two sales men started to fight against each other and I ended up not getting the assistance I was looking for.
