It was a pure pleasure to do business there. The staff are professional and friendly. Although it was very cold in Paarl they let customers in into a warm atmosphere.

Above and beyond excellent service - I needed to have an urgent parcel collected from a store in Paarl (down the road from the Postnet) so that they could overnight it to me in Jhb - Stephanie from Postnet Paarl offered to fetch the parcel for me, even took photos and emailed it to me to ensure that it was the correct item and them arranged everything else to have the parcel to me the next day. I would have had to wait between 3 and 7 days for delivery if she was not willing to help me out. Thank you so much for the willingness to help and your excellent service.

Excellent service and friendly staff.

I have gone to PostNet Paarl over the last few years for printing.I can’t complain about the quality they provide - hence three stars. However, I have noticed a decline in the service quality. The funny thing is that I know who the friendly ones are at PostNet and I try to wait until they’re done, because they’re always a pleasure to work with.But with my last visit, I had specific paper I was looking for to print on and an older lady was not very helpful.No smiles or friendly greeting, even though it was quiet in the store. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, but it’s not the first time I’ve interacted with her.Instead of politely saying that they didn’t have that paper or asking me what I was referring to, she instead rudely passed me on to another assistant.Fortunately this other assistant was one I found helpful and polite. She explained everything to me kindly and even provided solutions.Not a biggie, just something for PostNet to be aware of. Perhaps one-on-one training is necessary to correct any unfavourable demeanors. And not necessarily for the general staff, but more for the managers it seems.
