Id like to give 5 stars for the treatments. But the owners response to critique is actually appaling and this warrants a 1 star.You get asked to review your experience and then get blasted when you do. Very unprofessional. I won't go into detail as this is not the place to do so. Good luck, won't see me again.

I made an appointment at the spa on 28 Dec at 9.30. The day before I have got a message, that my appointment is cancelled. The manager called me the next day at 12, and offered to reschedule my appointment, without offering any excuse. I was very disappointed, and maybe good, that I didn't come. Such attitudes to clients deserve 1 star.

Booked the spa as a birthday treat for my husband. Incredible service from Rushda who handled the initial booking to everyone else who served us.Beautiful setting, fabulous service and all round 5star spa treatments. Just what we needed on a gloomy winters day.Will most definitely be back!

Overall, this is a great Spa to visit. The atmosphere is amazing and they offer a wide range of treatments and products. The staff are extremely friendly, always providing great service with a smile and the general tranquility of the Spa made it a definite place to return.P.S: the background music and the fragrances in the air were a big bonus!
