Wendy house extension on back of garage. Severe damp, wet rot, poor workmanship on window and door. Electrical issue and more. Cheap and a massive mistake! I've just pulled up the floorboards that broke when I walked into the room this morning and have found water floating above the plastic below the floor. Photos available if you need...
