Terrable service , no service and no feedback , can call all the numbers no answer , always have an excuse , terrable terable , newer again rather take my machine to Johannesburg for repair ,

Cost of their admin, out of the norm.Don't count on efficiency

I sent in my fridge and dishwasher for repairs. They were quick to collect and about 2 weeks later i got all back and fully working. Time is a bit long on the repairs side, and communication could improve. But as for the repairs, no issues.

The staff is not reliable, they don't value their clients, time or money. I took my refrigerator for repairs and they said it should be ready in four days. It's been over 3weeks and I'm still waiting every time there's different excuses and the owner is not apologetic whatsoever. The customer service is appalling to say the least.

Not be trusted took washing machine for repairs got machine after long back with parts missing till today no response

Terrible Service. Charged us for a new motor on a dishwasher then returned the wrong dishwasher to us. Once we received our dishwasher it worked for 3 cycles and started with the same error as before. They collected it after having to follow up 3 times and not calling back twice. Once in their possession a in we heard nothing for a week after being promised we would get feedback in a day or 2. When we called in to find out what was happening they couldn't tell us and promised to call back at 10:00 am. I'm not holding my breath. STAY AWAY!

Very unprofessional. My dishwasher went in approximately 3 weeks agoNo response from them ive been calling constantly .it went in for the water pump and then after maybe 10 calls i was told the p.c board was a problem then yet again after many phone calls to them i begged for a quote on a new p.c board then was given an sms on a ridiculous high price.i then called again several times and was always promised feed back and got nothing i had to make the effort of calling back.Then last week Saturday i was promised the machine was on the van being ready for delivery .i messaged the owner to ask if it was fixed and now 6 days later no response from them.I now wait from being promised immediate response to almost 3 weeks later and no feedbacks or any communication from their side.

Terrible service by CHW, they have been fixing my fridge since July 2018 and they are still fixing it even now February 2019. I have never experienced this kind of dishonesty from a service provider. Everytime I have to get an update it will be out of my own initiative. The worst part is that they are fully paid for the repairs.Be careful who you do business with.

We've been doing business with CHW Home Appliances for almost 8 years now. From our old washing machine, new one, tumble dryer and now dishwasher! Nothing is ever too much effort for them. The part I needed for my Samsung Dishwasher have been discontinued. Instead of saying sorry, they gave me a switch to try yesterday and said if it doesn't work we will search further today. Went back today, she got on the phone immediately with few suppliers, unfortunately nothing. Took photos and started WhatsApp messaging few people. I wasn't gone for 15 minutes when I got a message saying she can order a part, it is supposed to work for another make of Dishwasher but it is the exact same part we need, if she order now we can have it tomorrow morning. That is what I appreciate from them always! I like that they can come out to your house if you need to, or pick up the machine if you have to but won't be upset if you dismantle your own machine and only request parts. Other companies make you feel like you have done something wrong! So thank you for the service!
