Service was okay but they didn’t have 80% of the food they had on the menu and had advertised on their wikideal voucher so it was an extremely disappointing dinner. I wasnt informed that they don’t serve alcohol and I bought the voucher on the terms of being able to order the seafood options that they advertised yet when we got there they couldn’t serve us a single dish I had chosen. Not really acceptable and was a complete waste of my money and ruined what was meant to be a special evening. The Steak was tasteless, rubbery and cold, my tempura prawns were cold and soggy, the chocolate waffle was thin, stale and cold and looked nothing like the picture advertised on the voucher. So disappointing and I Strongly recommend not going there.

I just want to thank the owners and staff of Casuarina Lounge for the amazing experience I had on 15th May 2022 you made me and my friend feel super special the message was out of this world. Keep up the awesome work. I would recommend anyone to visit and experience the positive atmospheric vibe.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the wikideal voucher, the spa was great! The service and the ladies were very friendly and welcoming... it was at the lounge that everything went downhill so quickly, the guys especially did not seem to be interested in us as customers, most of the food in the menu was not available, the ribs we ended up ordering (which were supposed to be beef as per menu, but were served sheep)were so hard and the food is just mediocre, worse part my mum asked the waiter lady to put our leftover in a takeaway bag as we were so done with the friendliness" instead she threw them away and that did not seem like a problem to the guy whose supposed to be a host

Disgusting, the worst. Walked in on a Sunday and was first informed of what the didnt have. I ordered the calamari starter it was one calamari ring cut in four was supposed to be served with rice instead I got one piece of lettuce and cuccumbe. The main I ordered was the steak medium well. Instead I got a very bloody piece of meat, called the waiter who was just rude to ask that they put it back on the grill. Instead it was chucked in the microwave as my chips and lettuce was soggy and steak was dry but still raw. Eww. We weren't offered sauces, waiter was appalling. Think twice before ever going to this place. I'm shocked and won't be back ever and I will tell everyone I know.

Lovely staff and a lovely experience. They understand you we a client / customer and offer something for everyone from the food to the spa services etc. also was part of an event hosted here and they were very accommodating and professional. Would come to this place anytime as well as be part of anything they do again if invited as they know exactly what they doing and want to execute.

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had.If you'd like a pub lunch I can send you to much better places than this.The food looks like someone who doesn't know how to braai made it. They ran out of onions for onion rings...should make it clear what you're getting yourself in to....The hotel's 5 star rating is how we got caught out to buy this horrible deal.

If you like a place with adequate customer service, good tasting food, to look nice, to have space... This is not the place for you. I was very, very, very disappointed! The staff seemed overwhelmed and not friendly (probably because they were overwhelmed). It's a tiny space that looks like it was just thrown togetherThe food looked good and tasted okay-ish but not what I expect from a restaurant (I could have probably cooked a better meal at home). Will definitely not go again!

The Casuarina Lounge Art event & Fashion show was one of the best experiences of my life.I mean I’ve had/hosted basic art exhibitions, showcasing my artworks at several places, but this was majestic!! The love, the energy and support was absolutely beautiful, it felt like home seeing some many artistic-minded people coming together and pulling off such great event.It was a major success and I honestly wish it could happen again. I owe you a Live-painting and it’s definitely happening next time!! Hope to see y’all thereA big Shout-Out to @casuarinafashionavenue (on Instagram) and the entire team for making all this possible!

It was my wife and I's first time visiting the Casuarina Lounge, we made a late booking and it was nice they could fit us in, however, even so, I believe that customers should get professional and great service.The service we received was terrible, and made us skip dessert. We ordered the Chef's grill board and the sirloin steak.The Chef's grill board skewers were very dry and overcooked. The chicken was a bit chewy and overcooked. We ordered the steak medium rare, it came well done. When we enquired to have the chef redo the steak, the waiter said that the kitchen was already closed because the kitchen staff leaves at 6pm. And the choices he gave was either call the owner or eat the food.The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths and we skipped dessert even though it came with the Wiki deals voucher we purchased for R530.

Worst food I have ever eaten in my life. The staff act like they are doing you a favor. I tried to get a reservation from April till July, but nobody answered the phone so we decided to go there any way. The staff at the entrance is very rude, the food is disgusting and doesn’t look like the pictures posted on Wikideals. I asked for hot sauce and the waiter said it’s coming, never did. I definitely do not recommend this place.
