The lady was rude, the place was fully booked and because of that she refused us to park inside while we wanted to ask some questions

To the owner. Big up for tightening the security and for clean rooms. But please decide on the check out time and inform your clients before. I did not appreciate being chased out at 8h15 while I knew the check out time was 10h00

For the price they charge the rooms and location are rediculous. No complementary soap, shampoo, creams nothing. The fridge does not even get milk or water in for its guest, the door was so banged up and crooked i had to forcefully kick it to get out. No dstv but openview, wifi that does not work and when it does there is no reception in the room. The only positive thing was the breakfast. Really not what the pictures or website deppict!

Its an amazing place to relaxe with friends and family

Had a traumatic experience at this place this weekend of the 22nd of June 2019.An intruder gained access into my room while I was asleep and stole my personal and work belongings to the value of R39000Sad to note that it takes little effort to open their locked doors.Notably, my room had a broken door chain, clearly proving a previous break in in the same room. The owners need review security, and employ a security guard.Diner was inedible. Home made bread with kidneys...sadly my lady colleague could not swallow itBreakfast not good either. Over cooked scrambled eggs. Perhaps management could do something there.My room had 2 tiny single beds. Nothing wrong if you are slender. I am notNotham is very cold in winter. My room had air-conditioning. Thankfully. The aircon had no remote though...rendering it unusable.The employees were friendly though. Overally, the place has so much room for improvement and could become a great place, especially that they have already invested in CCTV. It could be augmented with a security guard, especially at night

I stayed a few days ago and the bedding I slept in was ridden with other guests dirt. I woke up and was absolutely disgusted. Clearly never washed. When I complained no apologies or explanation given.For a place that charges 25% more than other competitors and with no breakfast this is unacceptable.On top of all I have emailed numerous times to get my receipt and not even 1 response.I am shocked at this level of service and standard for a lodge of any kind.

This guest house caters to contractors who work in the surrounding mines. Very rugged, but efficiently serviced daily. The staff are friendly and ready to assist with any issues, but make sure you have all your toiletries and towel packed for a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic experience at the guesthouse. Friendly people that went out of their way to assist you. The rooms are clean and safe. I will definitly recommend it to anyone.

Lionhill is there a place where you can go to have just to especially for all those people who travel a when you want to rest just to have a rest is a nice place where you can rest there is wife and it's just a beautiful place is a quiet place in the small town of Northam
