Got there at half past 12 wanting someone to assist us with a tyre change but they refused to help because they close at 1pm. No wonder Tiger Wheel is full and you had no customers

Shocking gservice over the phone. Sales guy made me hold on the phone immediately while helping out an in store client, which I understood, then I could hear him speaking to about 5 other people as well and completely ignored my phone call while holding on for almost 20 minutes. Get more staff if you cant handle the volumes. Just lost a sale.
