Surprisingly extremely fast, only problem security at the door have no clue where to send you, went for a change of ownership and from start to finnish was fast

Their service was very efficient and didn't wait for long, bring everything they need at once and the will be no hesitation.

There is nobody there to guide you on which of the many lines you should be in. No signs either. Its a complete confusion and even if you go early, chances are that you will stand in the wrong line and you will lose the benefit of being early. The staff are very unfriendly and have double standards and will send people that they dont like home for additional documents even though those documents are not on the requirments listed on the booking confirmation that you receive. I don't think these issues are solated to this testing station but a general culture amongst government employees at these kinds of facilities. But I managed to get the documents they wanted and went back and completed the process and Im done. Knowing that they still have to sit in the chaos and do this job every single day, gives me some sort happiness and a sense of payback for being treated unfairly.

I arrived at 6:50am and went to the drive through to renew my car's disc; I know they open at 7:30am and was okay with waiting.7:35am two employees are chatting outside their small office and the lady points out that I have been waiting for quite a while and the guy chatting to her says she is still going to wait because I am not going to open".I waited till 8:15am and still no service; I eventually left because I needed to get to work."

This place is total chaos. Just to do a change of ownership you need to go to 3 different counters. Did move pretty quick but I won’t be back.

Ample parkingJust no signage or instructions on processors on how the collection system worksFair to say though , that pplication for drivers renewal was quick .Queing to collect took less than 2 hours , but I had to make 3 visits ..Once , the electric cables were stolenSecond time to collect .. only to find my finger prints where no readable needed to redo the application .. and well 3rd time luckyQueued and collected within 90 minutes

3rd time going for my license and again never made it out of the yard.Oscar the examiner says I was not using my mirrors 3 occasions never made it out the yard guess this is the price one pays when things are done properly.No chocho No pass!

The department is very good, the service is fast and you are not wasting any time when going there, the 4 star reason is because of overcrowding you find there
