This was my first visit to a Patio Warehouse store, and it was such a pleasure to see how wide their product variety is. They have good quality items on the mid to high side of living. Huge store, beautifully decorated, yet very homely. We were greeted warmly by the team at the sales desk. I told them that we were only there to get ideas of what we wanted to do at our newly built home, so most likely no sale today. Nevertheless, Lynette still went out of her way to answer our many questions. She was super friendly, patient and very knowledgeable, and really helpful. I was in awe at how selfless she was, knowing we were not going to buy, yet still taking the time out to guide us, making us feel like VIPs. My husband and I agreed that because of Lynette, we will definitely be going back to Patio Warehouse. Wish more sales people had her excellent customer service skills.
