It is a very sad state of affairs when the owner of the business Mr Ian Michie cannot communicate with clients for whom work was done that was of a sub standard natureNever a return call unless somewhat houndedThe lock on my sliding door has never worked correctly from installation six months agoAttempts have been made to rectify the problem without success and at this time, the door is unable to be secured and thus leaves my house and wife vulnerableThis has been related to Ian Michie who believes in not sorting out the defective door but trying to get the manufacturer to address the issueA very unfortunate state of affairs and thus I would be extremely careful about dealing with him and his products

The staff and management they are friendly and quick to assist 8n anything
