Since signing up with Re/max, I have not been happy at all with the service. There is a tenant in my house who has not paid rent for two months and the agent does not seem to be concerned. This had never happened to me even during Covid lockdown. I do not get any feedback on what is happening. Definitively not going to deal with them again.

Horrible service if any service at all, dodgy Agent have been renting from them and struggling to get out of the contract, no maintenance issues being resolved (Not because of the owner of the property but because remax agents do not do their work) and the agent is always telling lies and promising things that never happen, went to their offices and saw her manager also and not even the manager helped still struggling with so many issues, went through alot of drama because of Remax and still are facing lot of problemsStay as far away as possibleSneaky people will promise you anything to get you to sign
