I have been using NakedCherry since they opened their doors, I have never had a bad experience I have always made it a point to be on time failing which I have cancelled and arranged for a new appointment. The staff has always been friendly and very professional. Karen has built a great brand and is focused on customer server, I don’t know of any other waxing boutique that has this approach. Keep up the great service and work ethos.

Firstly Valerie is professional, her place of business is clean and I was happy with the waxing experience as a first timer. What I was mostly impressed with was how she took the time to explain the process to me and made me comfortable enough to ask questions and share the issuey had with hair removal in the past. In addition to her great service, the products work exactly how she said and I am pleased with my very first waxing results.
