PG Glass Krugersdorp

I've asked for a quote to repair windows and a skylight. It took three calls to get the guys to come and measure and that was almost two weeks ago. I've made about 5 calls to try and get that quote and nothing is happening. Wonder if they are serious about customer service and always having to go through that Call Centre is extremely frustrating and impersonal.Responded to reply, let's see if something happens...

Great fast service

Really informed and attentive staff. Bad time of year to expect quick delivery. They could communicate better whilst we wait with some kind of progress report.

Oh no...driving all the way out from Allen's Nek PG Glass to get a temp fitting...was told it will take 90min...so get back here, only to find black tape on the broken rear window, bits of glass still everywhere, I insisted they put in the temp fitting (which they said will not be fixed because the window is curved) question, is this the first curved window, and maybe a follow up question why let me graze Ari nd Krugersdorp for 90min you could have called me to come back sooner...lastly, it would really have meant so much to me if your client service had an eye to see we were even too cautious to open the boot, and so the glass was still laying around, could you maybe by any chance just vacuumed the glass pieces for your customer....petrol and time wasted...I would never have come this way if I knew....

This shop is helpful they are very professional there is just one small thing that is not so great. They tell you they will let you know when The car is ready but it didn't happen. I had to go and see if the car was ready.

I'm not happy with their service, they don't provide feedback and their telephone line is horrible, you hold forever. I've been waiting for my windscreen for more than 3 weeks now. They promise to call and never do

I took my car to be evaluated for Outsurance Insurance, lady who helped us were very friendly. Guy behind the desk were not, felt like he did me a favor to answer me

The worst service I have ever had in my life. After waiting for a windscreen delivery for more than a month, they come out for installation with the incorrect windscreen. Tried to speak to a senior person but one is on leave and the 2ic is too busy" to take the call. Another one simple put the phone down in my husband's ear.They keep blaming the agent but other providers advised that they would have stock in a couple of days?Hardly any communication or effort from their side.If I could give them 0 stars

Staff is helpful, frendly and have a good knowledge on their products

Am still waiting on the quote I requested last week Thursday, I urgently need that quote can anyone assist me.
