McDonald's Isando Drive-Thru
Probably one of the worst managed McDonalds in the country, especially with regards to the Drive Through. Drive through lines are slow moving, staff shout over each other at the windows, and almost every time we've been, we've had to wait in the parking lot for at least 10 minutes for our order.

The order arrived on time. The waitresses made sure our order was correct and welcomed us from the door. Great service.

Ended a long road trip with McDonald's at 00:00, and even though it was late the service was still excellent with a friendly guy taking our order.The food was baught within 10 minutes and it was immaculately fresh.Definitely an amazing experience.

I will deliberately never buy from them again , they say 24 hour , we arrived 11:30 in queue with 6 cars , us being car 4 , instead of letting the customers that have been waiting for 15 minutes they close off with a barrier after car 3 , there were 3 other cars willing to buy something and management decided to deny all of us, silly decision as we had 5 people willing to spend 100s of Rands each , silly silly decision from them , we gladly spent our money at a near by competitor. Which received a 5 star rating

Nkosana Mafu is amazing. He has such a great voice and attitude that he has become a real highlight to our family. We always hope that he is working when we go because of his light!

They could do better but as it goes with McD drive thru, they are near the top. Food is gr8, service needs a pic me up, so does the bottleneck drive thru. Otherwise not bad

You can't be serving cold coffee in this cold weather. The main reason we oder it is to keep warm not to make us colder. It's a pity I discovered it when I was already on the highway I would have returned it

Tamara (hope I am pronouncing it right) is the best with her manager. I had a bad experience with the coffee but she really was very kind to deal with the matter. The replacement was so delicious.

I really used to like this drive through and it’s the closet one to my house. We have been eating from here quite a few times over the last few months as my girlfriend is pregnant and all she wants is Macdonald’s ice. But it’s no longer a drive through I’ve literally had to park every single time I’ve come there. What has happened??
