The guys who run it are helpful and try hard to make a plan ... when the zips had not been delivered on time they gave a free delivery the next day as promised

Had my couch covered, job was done swiftly at a decent price. On delivery one of the legs of my couch got damaged. They made an ottoman with old , damaged rusted legs. They promised to replace/ fix the legs by popping in the next day. I've messaged and called im still waiting for them to show up. Poor service and unfortunately won't recommend them

I was hesitant at first because their website is down. But Barron was very professional & his Team clearly have the expertise to make good quality couches. The price is also excellent value for what you get.*Important: because it's custom, make sure you give clear instructions for what you want (e.g. add scotchgard for protection, material-colour, size/measurements, example-pictures of the shape, cushions hard or soft etc).Thanks to Barron & the Team for a good job done.Craig

I honestly would not recommend this business to anyone!!! Definitely my worst retail thus far!!!I came to this business, wanting a cute couch to be made for me. I worked with Gabriel and sent him all the pictures of the couch and even paid my deposit the same day. He promised the couch would be completed and delivered in 4 weeks. I even paid an additional R1000 to have frame legs for the couch made, he only sent me an invoice about 2 weeks after I paid my deposit, this is after I requested it numerous times.After 4 weeks, the couch was still not complete. I asked to see pictures of the progress and I was sent the frame of the couch. A week later I was sent a picture of the couch with the legs unattached. I complained about the material of the couch and the wrong size of the legs and Gabriel ignored my complaints and insisted on delivering a couch I was not happy with.When the couch arrived, the delivery guys demanded payment and refused to acknowledge all the issues I had with the couch. The business owner even called and told me that the couch would be taken back and I would receive a full refund.That was a month ago and I still have not received my refund from this business. They owe me almost R4000 and all they have been doing is giving me past dates of when to expect my refund, but no refund. I even had to go as far as seeking legal advice for this matter.I am appalled at how they treated me as a customer and I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy, as nobody deserves the treatment I received.
