A positive wellness studio that embraces all women and helps them get fit and feel confident in their bodies. There are aerial silks, aerial hoop, pole and dancing classes being taught by really fun, kind and supportive teachers. The classes are taught in a safe, supportive environment and you get to connect with other women as well. La rouge also offers bachelorette or birthday parties for ladies. Overall the studio is run by women, for women and it's awesome. They also have an in house clothing label that is perfect gear for exercising in.

La Rouge is my happy place. This is a safe space for women to be their most authentic selves. To lose and rediscover themselves. I have learned to love myself completely and be comfortable in this body of mine. Thank you to all the ladies at La Rouge ❤
