Great Customer service.But I am not happy that the lace frontal I came to install is lifting in less than 24 hours.I was also told about one price (R150) when I enquired and then had to pay another when I was in the chair.(R250)Now I am not happy and I do not trust that they can fix my hair... I am just scared they are going to make it worse instead of better .

Went in for a hair cut (style) came out with Chiskop coz my dresser was busy talking n nipped the hair line, specifically told him in don’t like trim, but he went overbourd with that. Now I’m left clean shaven in freezing Estcourt weather.I was at Mvelo pmb Branch. I paid the full amount , wrote on the comments sheet and left, knowing I will never subject myself to such poor service ever.
