It was a lot of fun, it's nothing like put-put. If it's your first time, you'll get people who think they are high and mighty but don't mind them. The staff were friendly and very understanding and accommodating for my first time.

WOW!!! What an amazing course! The fairways and greens are in fantastic condition, even surpassing some of the courses in Johannesburg. Designed by renowned golf course designer Gary Player, this par-71, 18-hole championship course is exceptionally well-maintained. It's challenging to play from the champ tees or in rainy conditions, but still enjoyable for both amateur and professional golfers. Just be mindful of the rough, which can be quite challenging. The staff and members are very friendly and accommodating, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The course can get congested and cause slow play.

Fairways and greens needed a good mowing… very rough all around. Greens slow. Facilities average. Women’s bathroom flooded. Food was good though.

Beautiful golf course. Although there are no water feature the landscaping is on point. Well kept, safety is visible, friendly staff. They just need to improve on the dining area. For placing food orders, a beatiful marble counter will make a difference... After all, I enjoyed myself and grateful that I played the whole 18 holes with only one ball. Thanks...Big ups Joburg Metro for great maintainance of such an important recreational facility in SOWETO. How about renaming it after the Great Sir Vincent Tshabalala...

The course is great with well maintained greens.Only drawback is the clubhouse and halfway house facilities are sub par compared to most places. Hope they can upgrade it to complete the great experience of playing in Soweto.
