We have been struggling for 3 days to get approval on a claim for burst pipes and geyser. The service delivery is very poor, extremely slow and the consultant does not work with any sense of urgency in following up the matter and expiditing the claim process. It's very frustrating as a client when you do not receive prompt and efficient service.

Weve been with Indwe for past 6 years or so.Never had a bad experience with them.Weve had 2 big claims.Both was treated and dealt with swiftly.Heres the thing whenever you claim, you went thru some trauma some more severe than the other.Indwe didnt ask unneccessary questions, as with other insurances where they make you feel as if its your fault.Im forever part of the Indwe family.I try and tell as many of my relatives and friends of my great experiences with INDWE RISK AND INSURANCE COMPANY.
