Unfortunately I'm putting this review on of my own experience Staff in office is not very helpful or friendly when you walk they just sit and look at you and don't even ask how can we help you for your first time sending packages with this company not a good experience .

Send an expensive machine and received it totally damaged. No responsibility taken. Do not use these guys for anything that you still want to use when its send or that should be carefully handled.

Courier guy allowed someone to take my package from their depot. They cannot tell me who took it or where it is. They then delivered someone else's package to me instead of my own. There is no feedback from them other than they are looking into it.

The worst service ever. I ordered three generators, have cctv proof of each generators accessories loaded and I only received one box. Genies delivered on 21/12/2022 and still no feedback unless I phone. Promises promises, no action!!!
