Cannot follow basic instructions

Possibly one of the fastest and most efficient couriers in SA. I've never had an issue as a recipient.

Just pathetic. Save yourself the time and look for a different company, these guys are useless.

Exceptional service and friendly staff

I ordered some items from Cape Town last week Friday and the supplier used SWE for delivering the one item to me. Firstly I didn't receive any call or even a sms to inform me that they will do the delivery today. Living in a complex you can see how this is a issue. The driver left the item plus another wrong item with the reception at the complex bothering them and wasting their time. So when I get a call from them about the items I get there to see my correct package is there with someone else's who is waiting for it in Port Elizabeth, I'm in Durban. So this delivery driver comes back again after 4 hours after I contacted my supplier and again doesn't phone or send a message to me again bothering the people who work at the reception unnecessarily who have to phone me again to bring his wrong package for him. No apologies for wasting our time.
