The patties and sausages are not to my tastes. There is a sharp-tasting ingredient that for me is not palatable. The mince is better. Delivery experience was a bit of a mess with the tracking system not working properly. I won't be buying again.

The delivery process was incredibly fast but that's where the good stuff ends. The food has absolutely no taste, I was rather underwhelmed. The cookies also have no flavour and they have a saw dust texture. The cheesecake is incredibly sour. Very underwhelmed overall and would not recommend. Customer service is not great either.

The customer service was great and the delivery was very fast. I liked the biltong and the cheesecake. If you're wondering which cheesecake to try - salted caramel is the best, but if you feel like a nice rich chocolate pudding get the chocolate flavour. Unfortunately I found the sausages to be lacking in flavour. Overall a positive experience, and I commend businesses like Herbivore paving the way for veganism.

Ordered twice from them and both times product arrived with mould.The first order I accepted the refund and attributed it to a once off quality control issue. The second order same thing and even worse mould. Will not be ordering again.

Wow! What amazing service. First of all, there is a variety of products for vegans! Second of all, their delivery is insanely fast. I ordered a variety of products yesterday at around 11AM and just received my order (less than 24 hours later). They send you an SMS when a driver is on their way to deliver your order, which is really helpful. The driver was really friendly and wore a mask so I really appreciate that. I couldn’t control myself and just had some of the mushroom biltong and it’s insanely good! I’m looking forward to trying all the other stuff I ordered soon and I’m also looking forward to ordering more!

Product was delivered on the same day as ordering. I have so far only tried the sausages and they were lovely. I have heard amazing things about the patties as well. I will 100% order from Herbivore again

I ordered it yesterday at 11am, it arrived today at 10:30am :) - Shipping at full price is extremely reasonable at R35 (although they do offer Free shipping for first time users) - great user experience and the communication was comprehensive from start to finish with sms updates on delivery. Great Stuff Herbivore, i love your product, keep your range extensions coming.
